Please read these terms and conditions before using FishingCinema.tv . By ticking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with these conditions now and every time you use the services, and that you accept any revised version.

Our Services
FishingCinema.tv will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Services are available to you at all times. However, the website is provided on an 'as is' basis. In particular, the image and sound quality of the Services may vary, whether due to congestion on the Internet or telephone lines, or due to the quality of the original master tape supplied to us or your own hardware/software. While we will endeavour to supply a constant and uninterrupted service at all times, we cannot therefore ensure that it will always be error free.
We may need to close the service down occasionally to carry out site maintenance or upgrades. We will try to keep this to a minimum.
FishingCinema.tv shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver our Services to the extent that such delay or failure arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of FishingCinema.tv.
FishingCinema.tv reserves the right to amend the nature and extent of our Services available at any time.
You accept responsibility for maintaining the hardware and software necessary to access and receive and view the Services from your computer. We will make every endeavour to assist should you experience problems.

Use Of The The Vault?
Due to the nature of the contracts we have with the suppliers of some of our acquired programmes, we are not able to broadcast all of our shows worldwide. Some can only be viewed in the UK and Eire, some only in Europe the UK and Eire. Our software automatically works out where you are based and the shows that you can view can be assessed before you enter the joining process.
You understand that sharing your log-in information is not permitted and that the FishingCinema.tv system will only allow one simultaneous log-in with your information. You understand that if your log in is used from multiple IP addresses, FishingCinema.tv will be investigate and may suspend your account with no recourse if we consider you have shared your log in details.
The programme price only covers access to the programme or DVD that you have purchased  and does not cover any other costs the user may incur such as ISP or telephony service provider charges. Access to the rest of the website and viewing of trailers is free.
Programmes available on FishingCinema.tv are streamed through the internet and cannot be downloaded. You may only print one hard copy of the text based content available on the Vault and website for personal non-commercial use.

Payment
In choosing to purchase programmes on a Pay Per View basis, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with FishingCinema.tv to purchase the Services.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta and Switch.
You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. FishingCinema.tv reserves the right to refuse credit/debit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Transactions are made in UK Sterling (pounds and pence). The price includes VAT. Prices given in Euros on the website are an approximation based on the Sterling/Euro exchange rate at the time of writing and are for comparison purposes only.

Liability
Neither FishingCinema.tv nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or reliance on any information available on the site or any third party site linked to this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind. The maximum amount FishingCinema.tv is liable for is limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds Policy
On purchasing any of our DVDs to watch on a Pay Per View basis, you have 7 days to watch the shows, from the first time of streaming (not purchasing). The viewing experience can be checked prior to purchase by watching our free programmes and free trailers, and other than in exceptional circumstances, no refund is available. However, we will always endeavour to make sure you have the best possible viewing experience.

Termination By FishingCinema.tv
We may terminate this agreement by written notice and with immediate effect at any time if you commit a material breach of this agreement or fail to fulfil any of our technical requirements.

Credit/Debit Card Security
FishingCinema.tv uses secure Realex payment (www.realexpayments.com) and has a Thawte SSL certificate (www.thawte.com).

Content
While we attempt in all cases to ensure full accuracy and relevance of all our materials, FishingCinema.tv cannot and does not carry any responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of the news, information, or other content found on our site, or its usefulness for any particular purpose.
By your use of this service, you agree that FishingCinema.tv shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by you or others based upon reliance on news, information, or any material published by FishingCinema.tv.

FishingCinema.tv may contain advertising and any advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their material is accurate and appropriate and complies with all applicable laws and codes of practice.
